Major inquiry into maternity services calls for practical action - give your response

An independent, year-long inquiry into the safety of maternity services concludes that the overwhelming majority of births are safe despite growing pressures on maternity professionals. However it warns that the lack of a systematic approach to ensuring safety across maternity services creates unnecessary risks.

The inquiry, commissioned by the King’s Fund, recommends a range of practical changes that it believes would secure safer births. It includes recommendations that relate specifically to maternity teams and you are invited to give your response.
