Outline:

There will be presentations focussing on preparing for trial and giving evidence at trial, followed by a mock Clinical Negligence trial, which will be based on a real obstetric case handled by 7 Bedford Row. Senior members of the Clinical Negligence team at 7 Bedford Row will be playing various roles in the trial.

This event is aimed at those who are involved in handling and/or managing clinical negligence cases and other similar civil cases that may proceed to trial, and those involved in supporting witnesses called to give evidence at trial. It is particularly suitable for solicitors who are within their first 10 years of practice.
